Call a gate directly on Android phones to skip the menu

If you open the gate by calling, you can call a specific gate directly and skip the menu.

Before you begin

  • This guide is written for Android phones (e.g. Samsung, Google Pixel, Sony or Motorola).
  • You must call from the same number you’re registered with in Parqio.

Enter the number and the menu option

  1. Enter +47 23 50 68 88 on your phone.
  2. Tap the three-dot icon next to the number.
  3. Tap “Add 2-sec pause”. This adds a comma after the phone number.
  4. Then enter the option for the gate you want to open. For example, if it’s the second gate that’s read out, the phone number should look like this: +47 23 50 68 88,2
  5. When you call, the option is chosen automatically.

Tip!
Save the number in your contacts under the gate’s name (e.g. “Gate 2”). Then you can use voice control to open the gate directly by saying “Hey Google, call Gate 2”.
