Give a user access to the garage

How to give users access to the garage in Parqio Admin.

Before you begin

Add a new user

  1. Click “Users” in the menu (on a phone, open the menu with the (☰) button at the top right).
  2. Click “+ Add” at the top right of the user list.
  3. Choose “Invite user”.

Enter the mobile number

  1. Enter the user’s mobile number.
  2. Click “Next: Select space”.

Add the user to a space

  1. Click the space the user should be linked to.
  2. Click “Next: Time and Permissions”.

  1. In the “From” field, choose when access should start.
  2. In the “To” field, choose when access should end. The most common choice is “Permanent”.
  3. “Can share access”: Choose whether the user can share access with others (recommended for permanent users).
  4. “Send SMS”: Choose whether the user should get a text message (recommended). The text message says where the user has been given access, the number they can call to open the gate, and where they can download the Parqio app to open the gate with it.
  5. Click “Finish: Invite user”.
  6. The user now has access to the garage.

Tip
You can also add a user directly to a space. Open the space, click the (+) button, and follow the same steps as above.
