Ordering Parqio

Who can order

Parqio is a system for shared garages and industrial sites, and can be ordered by housing cooperatives, owners’ associations and businesses that want a complete system for gate opening and garage management. Parqio can’t be ordered for individual private garages.

How to order

The board or the person in charge at the business can contact us through the contact form on Parqio.com. Tell us a little about the company and the garage, and we’ll get back to you with a quote.

We help everyone get started

We help you with every step, from the installation until the users start using the system. You can book an installer yourselves, or we can put you in touch with one of our installers.

We have a lot of experience helping housing companies and businesses switch to Parqio. Once all residents and users have been added to the system, they get help from us by text message to get started. The housing company or business can also be sent marketing material (posters, for example) if needed.

Existing access systems

The Parqio system doesn’t affect access systems that are already installed in the garage, unless agreed otherwise. Existing remotes and garage keys will keep working alongside Parqio.

We recommend that housing companies that want better control over access to the garage phase out old remotes and keys that could go astray.
