Parqio makes the shared garage at your housing company or business smarter. Parqio works with the vast majority of electric gates, barriers and garage doors, and is a modern, secure and time-saving upgrade to the shared garage.

Opening gates with Parqio

Residents and users can open entrances in these ways:

• Automatically
• With the Parqio app
• By calling
• With license plate recognition (only in garages with a license plate recognition camera)

Residents and users can also easily give guests temporary access that ends automatically.

Easier garage administration

If you manage the garage, your everyday work gets a little easier too. You get access to Parqio Admin, a clearly laid-out admin panel where you can see users, gates and parking spaces. Here you can easily add and remove users. This way, you avoid remotes or keys going astray.

Guest parking

We can set up separate rules for guest parking spaces inside and outside the garage. Residents and users can give guests access through the Parqio app.
