Why can’t I share access in the app?

Some housing companies don’t allow residents to share access with others.

If you don’t see the “Add user” button in the app, ask your housing company’s board or the garage administrator to add the user for you.

For security reasons, Parqio customer support can’t change users’ access. This must be done by the board or your garage administrator.
