Most things are completely free
If you’re a resident or guest in a housing company that uses Parqio, most features are free. These include opening the gate with the app or by calling, sharing access, and more.
You can also choose to activate this service:

Some housing companies have a fleet agreement that covers automatic opening. In that case, the feature is included for their users.
